Italy – dry – The grapes come from 60-year-old vineyards of the Garganega and Trebbiano varieties from the centre of Soave in the Veneto region. Soave Classico is a fresh and expressive wine with a noticeable trace of minerality, fruit and spiciness. The colour is straw yellow with subtle shades of green, the aroma is initially floral and later dominated by black without the sometimes exotic fruit. On the palate it impresses with its fresh acidity and with notes of ripe fruit, sugar melon and apricots. Recommended with vegetable dishes, white meats, fish and fine cheeses.

Italy – dry – A balanced and fresh wine from the Grave del Friuli region of Veneto in northeastern Italy. The wine has a soft golden colour and a distinctive floral and fruity nose that evokes acacia blossoms and flowering linden trees, apricots, apples, pears and citrus fruits. Its palate is opulent, nicely balanced, with harmonious acidity. It makes an excellent accompaniment for mushroom, vegetable and fish dishes.

France – dry – This wine from the Chablis region of Burgundy is beautifully straightforward and its rich and balanced palate combines citrus fruits, green apples, toast and buttery notes. Its soft and fresh minerality is achieved by malolactic fermentation, which softens its acidic expression. It will suit light dishes of pork, salmon and fine cheeses.

Konečný winery – semi dry – The wine has a dark garnet color, a fruity note of cherry in the aroma, a distinct taste of compote cherry with vanilla, recommended for dark meat steaks

Baraque winery – dry- Merlot 2016 is like a dreamer with a gift for telling the less engaging stories. He himself has written only a few short stories so far – about a girl with eyes as black as prunes, a creator of chocolate pralines or a cook who smells of vanilla and cinnamon.

Chateau Mikulov – dry – Delicate ruby colour and pleasant aroma with subtle fruity notes reminiscent of cherries. The wine is lighter, with less tannins and a pleasant fruity taste. The flavour is intense yet harmonious and velvety, not too penetrating compared to other red wines. Its low acidity makes the wine fresh and easy to pair with pasta, meat dishes, poultry and cheese.

Spain, Bujanda Winery – 2017 – Wine aged 24 months in barrel and another 12 months in bottle

Argentina – dry – This wine from the Mendoza region has a strong dark, almost inky colour, an intense, very spicy bouquet rich in vanilla with notes of ripe fruit with a hint of roasting typical of the Malbec variety. Full-bodied on the palate but surprisingly delicate and velvety smooth after the initial strong taste. The wine has a nice structure, full and balanced flavours, very fine tannin and a hint of smoke on the finish. It goes well with beef, lamb and poultry.

France – dry – Organic Cuveé from Grenache (60%) and Syrah (40%) varieties from the northern part of Côtes-du-Rhône. The nose is subtle with pleasant floral and fruity notes of sweet spices. The palate is harmonious, refined, medium-long with a firm backbone and well integrated tannins. The cuvée takes its name from the 45th parallel, which runs through some of the vineyards owned by the Paul Jaboulet winery. It goes well with beef, lamb and game.

France – dry – Classic Cuvée Chateaunef-du-Pape from Grenache, Syrah, Maurveder and Cinsault varieties. The wine is rich, intense and structured with a deep purple colour. The aroma is dominated by elderflower, raspberry, spices and floral notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied, savoury and juicy with firm tannins and a light earthiness. The wine is fermented in stainless-steel tanks and then aged for up to 30 months in oak barrels. Full-bodied and high in tannins, this wine is an excellent match for red meats such as beef, lamb and game, but thanks to its Syrah content, it also pairs well with spicy foods.

Italy – dry – A wine from the heart of Tuscany made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia Nera and Colorino grapes. The colour is a bright ruby red. The aroma is fruity, with light spicy notes from the oak barrels. The taste is spicy, with a full body and long persistence. Pair with grilled meats and steaks, beef and veal, dark sea and freshwater fish, or pork roasts.

Italy – dry – Made from the highest quality Sangiovese grapes, 26 months in barrels and 15 months in the bottle. Production of 18,000 bottles.
Full-bodied red wine with a dark ruby hue. At first it is characterized by firm and harsh tannins, then on the exhale a beautiful bouquet develops, reminiscent of spices, wildness and sweet tobacco.

France – dry – This smart and balanced cuvee from Bordeaux is composed of traditional varieties of Merlot (85%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%). It is characterised by a deep ruby colour, with aromas of cherry and raspberry with nuances of spice and undergrowth. It is warm, fruity and medium-bodied on the palate, with harmonious tannins and a long aftertaste. Pair with heavier and fattier meats such as beef, lamb or mutton, but also with pork or duck.
